Preparations are Underway for Spring 2016!
It is our pleasure to announce that we will be hosting a Contacts Meeting {previously known as the DCM} in the Spring of 2016 ~ location yet to be determined! This one day meeting offers the chance to connect face-to-face with peers, learn from experts and pick up new ideas and skills to increase productivity. Previous meetings have attracted directory contacts, marketing and customer service personnel and general managers.

Successful Directory Contacts Meeting
Another successful Directory Contacts Meeting was held this Spring in West Des Moines, IA. Attendees networked and learned about Pinnacle’s processes and procedures taking away valuable information to share with their staff about future directory publications and ideas to implement for the promotion of localsolution.com. A Best Directory Cover Contest was also held during the event. Attendees voted and the winner of the Pin-Tel Award for Best Directory Cover went out to Clear Lake Telephone, Congratulations!

DCM 2013 was a Success!
Another successful Directory Contacts Meeting was held earlier this Spring in Bemidji, MN. Attendees networked and learned about Pinnacle’s processes and procedures taking away valuable information to share with their staff about future directory publications and ideas to implement for the promotion of localsolution.com. A Best Directory Cover Contest was also held during the event. Attendees voted and the winner of the Pin-Tel Award for Best Directory Cover went out to Red River Communications, Congratulations! A celebration at the Directory Contacts Meeting included green screen photography fun. Pinnacle’s 20th anniversary theme ‘Celebrating Twenty Rock-Solid Years in Business’ led the way for creative “Rock” themes including an 80’s rock band, Rocky Balboa, walking the rocks at the Mississippi headwaters, and holding up or climbing a big rock.
