- Merges with St. Cloud, Minnesota competitor, Independent Information Services Cooperation (IISC) creating the newly named Independent Pinnacle Services publishing company.
- Gains new ownership of 24 more telephone companies
- Publishes a total of 84 directories in 9 states
- Hires 38 employees to adjust to increased production including:

- Purchases bigger building and moves into the 1st floor at current location at 4030 Technology Drive NW
- Begins offering online directories

- Brings the production of Nationals in-house

- Begins offering publication services to University Directories
- 71 employees publish 85 directories in 11 states

- 90 Employees publish 98 directories in 14 states
- Renovates and expands to 2nd floor at current location

- Celebrates the signing of the 100th directory

- Announces a “sweet” name change, back to Pinnacle Publishing, LLC, with custom made chocolates

- Continues signing telephone company agreements and now publish a total of 132 directories in 17 states
2009
- Holds first Directory Contacts Meeting in Bemidji, Minnesota
- Launches local search site localsolution.com
2010
- Receives Business of the Year award from the Bemidji Area Chamber during their Awards of Excellence
- Signs Statement of Commitment with Local Search Association for environmental responsibility
- Offers ownership reformation and now owned by 15 Telephone Companies
- Holds first ever job fair in preparation of newly awarded business and hires additional staff of 47

- Celebrates the printing of the 200th Directory
